Classic Mille Lacs: spring walleye on the shoreline breaks and gravel with jigs and shiners; summer fish out on the mud flats (Backer, Seguchie, the Alley) on leeches and crawlers behind bottom bouncers, or trolled cranks at night over the tops; fall stacking on the deep rock reefs.
