Oregon fishing license. ODFW Central Zone rules: East Lake is open all year and tiger trout must be released. Since Jan. 1, 2026 kokanee no longer count in the trout bag: ODFW allows 10 kokanee and 5 trout a day in lakes unless a water lists an exception.
