Utah's rules for specific waters mark the Weber River in Summit County as a Blue Ribbon fishery. From the first I-80 bridge above Echo Reservoir (near Exit 164) upstream to the I-80 bridge near Wanship (near Exit 156), the 2026 guidebook sets a limit of 2 trout and only artificial flies and lures may be used.
