Utah's 2026 guidebook sets special rules on Huntington Creek below Electric Lake. On the Right Fork, from Flood and Engineers canyons up to Electric Lake Dam, the limit is 2 trout and only artificial flies are allowed. On the Left Fork, from the top of the Forest Service campground near its confluence with the Right Fork to the headwaters, only artificial flies and lures may be used; that rule includes Scad Valley, Rolfson, Lake, Staker, Millers Flat and Paradise creeks.
